Are you looking for something fun for your child to do after school? We are hosting a series of experiences for kids of all ages with lots of animal interaction and enjoyment. Here are the class descriptions and schedule:
Dog Enrichment: Make a Snuffle Mat! - For Grades 6, 7 & 8 - Thursday, October 7th 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Could your dog use something new to keep boredom at bay? Come and make a snuffle mat, a popular nose work, brain game that is perfect for all dogs, from developing puppies to aging seniors. All materials are included and there will be time for interacting with the cats and dogs as well. $30
Animal Game Day - For grades 2, 3, & 4 - Thursday, October 21st - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Come and play some fun games while learning about and interacting with WSHS animals. From board games to movement games and animal activities, we will have a great time. $30
Art with Animals - For grades 4, 5 & 6 - Thursday, November 4th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Learn to draw cats and dogs and create some projects to take home. There will also be time to play with WSHS animals. $30
Animal Care - For grades 3, 4, & 5 - Thursday, November 18th - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
Do you want to learn more about caring for cats and dogs? Strengthen your bond with your pets as you better understand what their needs are and how to meet them. Includes plenty of playtime with our cats and dogs. $30
Holidays with the Animals - for grades 2, 3 & 4 - Thursday, December 2nd - 3:30 - 5:00 pm
We will make some ornaments and holiday crafts and have time to play with the cats and dogs. $30
